Over In A Meadow Cider

Tasting Notes:

A bright, wine-like cider that is juicy and fresh. A taste of last year's sunshine as the snow drops poke through. This cheerful number is mineral, guava, and light citrus. Spring comes early with this cider.

Macoun, Cortland, Empire, Spartan, Cox Orange Pippin, Liberty, Honeycrisp

Orchards:

Flynndabeau and Windy Ridge Farms, Oro Medonte

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2023. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees prior to bottling. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
